Our policy is to comply with all applicable national laws and regulations, industry minimum standards, as well as to respect all relevant international instruments including ILO and UN conventions. Since its inception, the Raj leather has been committed to create a healthy & vibrant working environment for all employees.
The company recognizes and respects the right of workers for freedom of association. We do audit our factory by our organization LFMEAB (Leathergoods Footwear and Manufactures & Exporters Association of Bangladesh). Soon we will go for ISO:9001 Environmental safety project.
We strictly follow their guidelines towards betterment. To reduce occupational health & safety hazards we have taken necessary actions for workers like-awareness on company rules & regulations, abuse & harassment, grievance, drinking Potable water, machinery safety, use of safety equipment’s, electrical safety, Fire drills etc.
